「Overall the place is convenient but the it’s quite noise. Staff is really nice and breakfast is presto nice although not so many foods to choose. For paying$300+/nite motel it’s not worth. 」

「Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...

「They got a laundry room for guests. The place gets difficult customers but the property does their best. I have yet to get a microwave or fridge with a freezer even when I booked it that way.」

「Beautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path. 」

「My husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. There’s plenty of activities for the kids to do, there’s a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing.」
