「Helpful staff. Fixed a toilet flapper asap Small but clean room. Good location next to recreation Only complaint is thin walls so noisy neighbors kept me up one night」

「Rooms are dated and not cleaned properly. I originally booked and paid for two nights (through Hotels.com), and extended my stay for one more night directly with the hotel. BUT finally the hotel charged TWO extra nights on the bill. I tried to negotiate with and ask for refund from the hotel by email, however they had not responded to my enquries and requests for over one month (I checked out on Jul 12 and it's Aug 20 today when I write this review.). It's very irresponsible.」

「I paid for the deluxe suite and the "couch" (futon) was extremely uncomfortable and very hard to get out of. The blanket/sheet (sewn together) was not enough. Extra blanket or pillow would be great. Very old decor and far from updated.」

「Great stay, love the location. Easy parking, helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows」

「Great one night stop. For how old the building is they have done a great job at maintaining the rooms! Bed was comfortable! It was exactly what we needed for our one night stop!」
