The toilet was leaking from the back, we called the front desk and Frank was there to fix it within minutes. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We walked to nearby shops & restaurants. Great stay!

My only complaint was the hot water ran out after a not long shower and the attendant at the desk never said anything about the breakfast thst was included. Otherwise it was lovely and i will be back

Quiet room and very comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. All the rooms being nonsmoking and pet free is a plus. The proximity to Old Town also a big plus. And there are EV chargers! Just be aware that not all the rooms have a river view; half have a parking lot view. And not all the offered breakfast foods are healthy; yogurts and cereals and muffins and even the peanut butter contain lots of sugar, but fruit and hard-boiled eggs are also on offer.

Unique view of Siuslaw and bridge. Room was spacious and clean with hot tub that worked good. Comfortable bed & with a large granite vanity & 2 sinks. Everything worked & Staff was genuine & helpful and personable. Great place to observe a winter storm. Right in the middle of old town Florence with lotsa good stores & restaurants.
