「Great property and view 」

「We booked a stay at the Old Orchard Inn and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was confusing from the start. We initially walked into the building shown in the listing photos—a beautifully restored colonial—but there was no one there. After a few minutes, a staff member arrived and directed us to a different building on the property for check-in. It was then that we learned our room was located in another building, which was noticeably less charming than the one...

「When we got there. The staff had no idea where our room was. Told us misinformation and had no keys for us to be able to come and go from our room . It wasn't until the next day staff bought us clean linens and keys to us. 」

「Bar in hotel was both friendly and sophisticated without being stuffy. The best burger I'be eaten in years! Ask for Menna at the bar, he is the host with the most. 」

「Room was great, hotel location is perfect, hotel lobby and bar are fantastic. 」

「Pros:The rooms were immaculate! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes , utensils etc! Nice livingroom area. Cons: it's contactless but thankfully there was someone at the desk. We got our key cards but they didn't work so luckily she could fix them. I never got the email the last night with directions to check out as promised. But we figured it out.」

Being half a Luddite the app for phone and figuring out how to turn the lights off and on involved me needing assistance. Not only did the staff help me, they didn’t even laugh at me or call me a “Boomer”. Great customer service! Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Docent’s Choice. Everything was perfect! 」
