「The room was very clean! My only complaint was the jet tub! When we first started it there was some nasty stuff that came out! But after running it two cycles it was fine!」

「When we got there. The staff had no idea where our room was. Told us misinformation and had no keys for us to be able to come and go from our room . It wasn't until the next day staff bought us clean linens and keys to us. 」

「Overall, it was ok. The room had a hole in the floor that was covered by the carpet, and the sink wasn’t in the bathroom. The bathroom was small, but usable. The pool was amazing! The concrete around the pool was heaving and definitely needs to be repaired. The decking in there also needs to be repaired as we got slivers from it. There was a lot of traffic, and people outside with all of their belongings, just sitting there. Not a bad location, to the beach or other amenities, but it was ok.」

However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. 「This hotel is one that I found unbelievable. I'm still in the state of disbelief about this location. When I got there, they charged my card three times. One of my cards that they build over a hundred dollars, and this was for just booking the room. Then they charged my other card for this stay and they proceeded to give me the key. 「Hotel is older and getting a little ran down. But they do appear to have renovations starting soon. And the customer service more than made up for it. The front desk agent was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. 」
