「The girl who checked us in was very friendly. The room was very clean.」

「This building is very close to the road. Noisy. We had a first floor room. When upstairs people walked around the floors creaked. No instructions for TV and heat. Had to call for wifi password. Desk is only manned from 8-5 in another building. Was listed as a bed and breakfast but only had coffee.」

「Bed was a platform and hard as a rock. However the direct access to the beach was amazing. 」

「Fantastic location on the beach. Friendly staff. Loved the area. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the shower was tiny. 」

「We had a terrible stay at the Alouette resort. The room was run down, walls were thin, shower never got hot after 30min. Sheets and pillows smelled like they were not laundered. Reviews said free breakfast we were never offered and had to pay for Luke warm weak coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was very dismissive about the shower water, giving all kinds of excuses instead of apologizing for it. The woman who checked us in was very nice tho. Photos on Expedia are misleading only showing...

「Room never got cleaned during our stay as far as I could tell. The handout said there would be light housekeeping every day and full housekeeping half way through our 4 day stay. We arrived on a Wednesday and the next day we got fresh towels and new trash bags. That was it. We left on sunday with the bathroom trash full to yhe top and a bathtub full of dirty towels. On the plus side the staff was very pleasant and the parking was close to the room.」

「The internet was not secure The room did not have room darkening drapes. Breakfast was good. TV not usefall no NBC,ABC,CBS channel and very few other channels to watch except old out of date programming.」

「The property was clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful. The jacuzzi was clean and operated well. The location is right next to a short path that goes to the beach.」

「Property was close to the mall and major roads which was very convenient. Only 15 minutes into downtown for an event and they were very accommodating to a late check out request.」
