Good location, friendly staff. Shower was very tiny and difficult to move around in. Furniture and appliances were extremely dated. Ceiling fan was covered in dust and paint was peeling off the dresser.

The property was clean but is not well-maintained. Our room was small and functional, although the restroom was tiny and seemingly made for tiny people. For a 6-footer, it was tough to maneuver. Staff was nice and accommodating

La chambre était salle, j’ai dû laver la vaisselle avant de l’utiliser, BBQ très sale et brisé. Piscine fermée et aucun service à l’accueil pour nous répondre à 14:30 pm. Les photos sont non représentatives des lieux. Salle de bain très petite, difficile de se rendre à la toilette.

The hotel room is so outdated and dirty, we paid $500 to stay for the night. Hopefully with the prices they charged for the 4th of July, they can do some TLC this hotel desperately needs.

The room was decent, but there were a few things that needed improvement. Cobwebs were on the ceiling, and there was dust on the fan. There were also a few stains on the counter that were hidden behind the microwave. The staff was friendly and efficient when we arrived. He quickly checked us in. There wasn’t any laundry service on-site, but there was a poster that said there was a laundry mat down the street. Walgreens was right across the street, and the pier was about a 5-7 minute walk away. I’m not sure if the hotel is pet-friendly, but I did see a guest walking her dog. There was limited parking near the property, but there was also a lot across the street for guests. Overall, I would give this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars. It wasn’t anything special, but it was okay.

I only care about value for my dollar. For 70$ a night, I would stay there again, not a penny more. It was run down in all aspects. Interior exterior, bath, kitchen, the grounds. You can only clean "run down" so much, and we had the nicest place. Just walking up I wanted to cancel, i thught it was a tennament. The attendant James, possibly owners kid, was a super nice guy. I'm in the hospitality industry and appreciate his concern when we checked out early. The location is good for not being near the beach(3 city blocks),easily walkable with a cart for beach stuff. This is an investors property, they should sell so someone can fix it before its a tear down, or invest in your property. If anyone wrote overly positive reviews I would question it.

Completely filthy, lifted the bed to find residue of bugs and mold. The room smelt horrible. The pool was tiny and disgusting. The place is so run down looking- the pictures are deceptive. We left and requested a refund within 5 minutes of being there it was that bad.

-Les installations sont laissés a eux-mêmes sans entretien -Des tâches sur les murs -Un des deux lit tellement en pente qu'il est impossible d y dormir - lorsque vous êtes assis sur la toilette vos jambes sont sous le lavabo -la douche est craqué et noirci à plusieurs endroits -la propreté général est ok, pas de poussière sur le meuble et les draps était propre mais les palmes du ventilateur à plusieurs plusieurs mois de accumulation de poussière Ils appellent ça une suite, moi je appele ça un taudis Bien situé mais manque clairement d entretien

It was very outdated. The room was so tiny. The walls and ceiling were peeling. The shower was so tiny. It was very outdated old not well maintained at all the pool water was all cloudy. I would not stay there again did not look like the pictures.

I loved that it was walking distance to old orchard beach but hated the mold everywhere that looked like someone attempted to paint over it. The carpet was damp feeling and a musty odor in the room. The bathroom is so cramped in the toilet and sink area that to sit down to use the toilet you risk breaking your jaw. So much appeared to be falling apart including the pool with about 10 patches and very rough surfaces on bottom of pool. It’s not a place I’d recommend.

Me and my wife didn’t like it all. It was dirty, refrigerated had mold on it. We took pictures. And we plan on calling the health department, asking how the past inspection. We gave the keys back and left and tried to get my money back but no success. We booked another hotel which was 100% better

OH! quelle dommage! Vieux motel qui manque beaucoup d'amour. Les photos ne sont pas représentative. Par ou commencé! Lit propre malgré le craquement . Ménage très mal fait. N'ont jamais tassé les lits. J'y ai retrouver des médicaments par terre. Annonce une cuisinette donc on peut y faire un peu à manger mais sans y avoir de chaudron ni poêle. Un peu de vaisselle. Pas de savon, ni serviette à vaisselle. Pas de séchoir à cheveux . Nous allons à la plage serait très pratique d'avoir un balai pour le sable. La piscine était correct.
