「環境舒適」

「第一次住民宿，整體來說很不錯 設備新，地點佳。離車站步行約10分鐘，民宿旁就有7-11. 但我們入住兩天，毛巾只有一天用。隔天沒有更換毛巾。所以毛巾第二天還是濕的。因為第一次住民宿，所以不太清楚是不是不需更換。但整體入住感覺不錯。」

「This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!」

「木结构的日式酒店，服务很好，还有私汤可以泡，泡之前把使用中的牌子放门口关上门就行。从箱根汤本坐登山电车一站到塔之泽下，走山间小路下来就行，过马路要注意。」

「位置非常方便，面對早川，櫻花季節酒店前即可欣賞到櫻花～酒店內設施齊全，入住時職員非常親切帶路介紹各個地方和設施，最喜歡面對河川的戶外足湯、大浴場和禮品店。我們的早晚餐都在房裡進行，有一位管家照顧，熟知酒店和餐飲食材，每餐細心介紹豐富食物，亦會非常友善和我們聊幾句。這次住宿非常放鬆，隨時可以享受溫泉，餐飲非常美味。謝謝管家的悉心照顧，我們很開心到河鹿莊住宿！希望將來可以買到河鹿莊特製的餐前酒，真的一試難忘！」

「位置比較偏僻，但早晚餐很棒。 但CHECK OUT早上需早點出發，但飯店沒有替代方案。還是要07:30才能用餐，有點缺乏彈性。」
