「Nice view. Close to the beach」

「Beautiful hotel, staff was friendly and the place was clean. I would stay there again.」

「The room was dirty, sheets were stained, shower water never got hot or even warm. There were scuff marks all over the floor and walls. There was a splatter of something on the wall.」

「Great that it’s across the street from the beach. Plants on their front porches need some TLC and clean up around the floor where they sit. Old hotel with thin walls and floors, could hear everything on the floor above us. Otherwise, nicely decorated, clean bathroom. I would stay again, but on the top floor.」

「I do not recommend this place due to cleanliness issues. The sheets were not changed—it looked like they had merely made the bed. Furthermore, the television was not working, and the bathtub was dirty. Do not let the low price be your deciding factor when booking a hotel; pay the going rate—even if it is a bit expensive—and be sure to check the reviews and star ratings. 「Overall, found the staff to be very friendly and courteous; the only reason I was unable to give five stars was due to my room smelling like stale cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free room (no fault of the owners). The building is quite old, but appears to be maintained within reason. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. For the price, I cannot complain!」
