「When i stayed for 4th of july there was no electricity. Room temperature at 82°. It was so uncomfortable. When I talked to front desk they said "sorry nothing we can do". I don't understand why it was not taken seriously or maybe call someone to fix the issue. I wish I could get a partial refund because even taking a shower was an issue. So bad.」

「Clean room, nice pool, front desk staff is nice. The breakfast is choice of three cereals, or bagels. Coffee and juice. I felt safe. It was quiet. Bed was quite firm. Easy access to supermarket, coffee shops, tjmx, target. I would stay there again when in that area.」

「Typical Jersey Motel the smell, the look, the size. I guess if you compare prices it’s an ok price but definitely not worth the price for that room. 10 minutes from Point Pleasant I guess if you have no other choice.」

「We came here for Fourth of July weekend and stayed in a suite with family. The property itself was beautiful, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The staff was also very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in a few areas. We lost power for about half the day, which was a major inconvenience. I was also hoping my daughter could enjoy the pool early in the morning, but it was being cleaned from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Pool cleaning should ideally be...

「We paid extra for the kitchenette room, so we were a bit surprised to find the cabinets and drawers completely empty when we arrived. There was information in the room indicating that the front desk could provide kitchen supplies and utensils, but it took some time for them to locate everything we needed. Fortunately, we were able to get the items later, and everything worked out. Aside from that, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.」

「Dirty rooms. Gross shower. Smell like cigarettes, even though they’re advertised as a non-smoking facility. Couldn’t even stay the night on a holiday weekend because of how horrible it smelled, and were refused a partial refund. Just stay away.」

「ROACHES! We stayed for only one night as it was the only hotel available. It was definitely run down and dirty. When we woke up, there were at least 6 dead roaches on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. When we told the site manager the next morning at check out he basically said they never had that issue but when I showed him a picture, he changed his story and said it was because of the heat. Don't recommend.」
