「Great location, good food. Toilet did leak all over the floor which I walked into during the middle of the night. Staff did fix it early the next morning.」

「So what I liked the most about my stay there was the staff in the beginning when i checked in. They were nice, friendly and got my room as quick as possible. The next thing I liked was the waiter i had when i ate dinner, it was very enthusiastic and he had a sense of urgency and he was very respectful. Next were the valet they was very kind. And the last thing i liked was the lady at the front desk when i was checking out. She was an Angel. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10」

「Let me start by saying that the staff was amazing. Front desk helped me with issues that I found with the room (smelled like cigarette smoke and closet door handle broke off). The hotel really needs to be updated due to wear and tear. 」

「The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. The views from the window were also really nice. I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff as they always greeted us every time we left and came back to the hotel. The free breakfast is really tasty and I loved that the hotel was just a walking distance from the American Convention Center where our conference was held which was super convenient. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again if I were to need a place to stay when...

「The front desk employee is super friendly and very helpful! Rooms are very spacious, pool, hot tub are very relaxing and the breakfast has so many options! Didnt use much of the happy hour but one thing i did like is the fact thay they have a soda machine avaliable 24 hours in lobby when you just need a drink. 」
