「Lobby was locked had to check in with overnight window room was canceled without any notification still no refund it felt like I was being scammed cause the property did not offer refunds in which it was there mistake reserved at 2pm checkin at 4pm got there at 4pm apparently rooms were sold out very unprofessional felt very unsafe just pulling into parking lot pictures on Expedia looked nothing like the property you can tell the clientele they were booking it looked like an apartment complex...

「When I first reserved this place for my wife and mother in law, it showed a 7+rating about 2 months ago. When they got there it was dirty, nasty, and unkept. I went to the app that I used to rent it and the rating was now a 4.2. How does a property drop in rating that much in 2 months. It has to be because of the place itself and the ownership/ management. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.」

「Staff was friendly but even tho property was under renovation, rooms were grubby, linens not fresh. Breakfast has no butter (or peanut butter ) for toast, no plain creamer for coffee.」

「We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.」

「Very dissatisfied I had booked this way in advance and when we drove six hours to the hotel, they told us that there was no reservation. Trird multiple times to call the resort and they wouldn’t answer the phone. That was a busy signal. I had to call Expedia to request a refund because they told us that there was no reservations when we showed up. The guy at the desk was not helpful with all. And instead of trying to accommodate us after I showed him our booking and Expedia wanted to talk to...

「Although not necessarily impressive on the outside, this hotel was very clean and well kept on the inside. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was so very kind, helpful and friendly. The lady at breakfast was equally the same. I had asked if they had any ketchup (wanted some for my eggs), but they didn’t. It wasn’t a big deal at all. But she went back to a room and found some ketchup packets from another restaurant and brought them out for me!...
