「Room was overall okay, but we didn't not have hair conditioner and struggled with the key to enter room. The hot tub by the pool does not work and looks old but they do keep the pool open until late which my boys enjoyed.」

「The beds are really hard. The keys do not stay programmed so I kept having to go down to get them reprogrammed. There was a 5 ft snake in the pool.」

「the outdoor pool was not clean it felt yucky, the a/c would barely cool down it felt really sticky inside the room, it does have an old smell. the front desk lady was the sweetest , we did not get to attend breakfast. the rooms are clean , bathrooms are clean a little outdated forsure. they do have shampoo, conditioner, body wash , had no problem getting extra towels and blankets& toilet paper. it's a 50/50 definitely needs to be updated and ac fixed and the pool needs cleaning especially...

「Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions.」

「There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.」

Oh, and by the way, the owner stays on property so he’s always watching whatever is going on you would think that he would go in and check his rooms to see how clean they were and to see if they were probably getting done, but he was more worried about what time we...
