「I loved staying at this place!!! It's was extra clean and had luxury amenities. The staff was very nice and accommodating. This is a 5-Star hotel. It's a newly renovated old school-house turned into a hotel and it's in the cutest town about 20 miles away from the Gateway Arch in St Louis. I especially loved how the hotel kept the school-house theme throughout. The hallways have lockers with the names of classic books. School desks and a chalkboard serve as a notice board where you check where...

「I called at least a week in advance to reserve a specific executive room. I was told it will be on hold. I even called back a few days later to confirm the room and was told yes.. only to arrive to a completely different room than I asked for. Which was annoying and loud from highway noise. I don’t know what is going on but management and canonization at this establishment are beyond mediocre. I requested a late check out and was never told that they are a suddenly charging late checkout...
