「We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging...

「Close to highway 31 so there was some noise from the road. It was close to the water but rocks were in front of the property so you couldn’t swim there. They did have a dock that you could walk on. Also they had a marina right next to the Cottages and we did rent a boat. The cottage was lovely and had everything you needed so that you could cook in.」

「We had room 4 and the beach was beautiful but the room was soooo DIRTY! Whoever mopped the floors left dirt swirls on the floor, the sheets had stains, it was probably the dirtiest room I have ever been in! Plus the furniture and walls were gross! I didnt even sleep under the covers. YUCK!」

「Clean and well-maintained house. Very good communication. Peaceful setting, far enough out of town yet close enough for convenience. Short stay so we did not have a chance to enjoy the backyard but enjoyed front deck. We will choose this house again!」
