「The frontdesk stuff was very informative and friendly. They allow you to get food early even though we could not stay through till breakfast time which was very nice. The room was very nice good amenities however the bed and the sheets were uncomfortable to me. Hard on itchy!」

「Beautiful area but not close to anything. Horse taxi round trip was $20 per person. One restaurant close by. Biking feasible but very hilly on unpaved roads. Walk into town was more than 2 miles which is fine in nice weather. Room was nice with frig and microwave, balcony, comfy bed. The island is not senior friendly and expensive. Budget accordingly.」

「The beds were very comfortable. The food at the snack bar was delicious and so was the food in the big restaurant for Mothers Day. The omelet was so well done. Just right. Our granddaughter loved the biscuits and doughnuts. I just didn't like parking so far away and walking over the bridge」

「Charming historic boutique hotel on Mackinac Island. Central main street location, with coffee and donuts available in the morning. Rooms appeared true to historic character but updated with modern amenities - comfy beds and linens, large flat TV, and plenty of outlets for charging. This hotel was absolutely adorable and the perfect jumping off point to the island. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great location. Will definitely stay again. 」

「The staff was great. Breakfast was OK. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. Looking at the murky water in the hot tub suggests that it has been broken for a VERY LONG TIME. You should not have hot tub listed on your Expedia add since you don't have one for guest to use.」

「We were able to leave our car at the hotel and they provided a free ride to the dock to catch the ferry to Mackinaw Island. 」
