"Was stuck in a blizzard and the staff was great trying to keep the kitchen open and everything running while they were dealing with limited staffing and weather challenges, which drove more than the average customers during this. Period."

"We planned on staying 3 nights which turned into 4 due to horrible weather and blizzards. We were given a room and were told that it would be “quiet”. The room ended up being right next to a stair case and was in fact not quiet at all. Our room was oddly laid out and did not have a microwave as advertised online. We were however able to use one that was in the breakfast room 3 floors up from our room. Overall the room was clean and we had room service that came and replaced towels everyday. The breakfast and pool were nice as well. Unfortunately the coffee machine in the lobby was broke for most of our stay. "

"Everything you need is here! Little pricey but you pay for convenience.have a nice tiki bar in water.park that makes killer mix drinks. Smart thing to do is go next door to meijers and buy booze and bring your own plastic cup! The staff and lifeguards really do pay attention and care about your safety! I fell out of my tub and the life gaurd was right there before i could pop up making sure i didnt need help then asked if i was okay and and supervisor was there right away before i climed out juat to double check! I was fine! I caused the flip out of tube playing around! The rooms are comfy! And depending on room depends how unique they are!"

"The hotel downstairs entry area, pool and hot tub are all nice. Staff was friendly and the shuttle was very convenient for getting to and from the casino. There is a nice fireplace downstairs with a TV and couches for relaxing. However, there is no restaurant on the premises and the bar area they have is closed. They said it didn't have enough use to keep it open. The continental breakfast is bad, serving the same egg beaters and sausage EVERY day and they weren't good. The rest of the breakfast with tiny yogurts, bad english muffins and a toaster that took forever and barely worked were all disappointing. How much does a new toaster cost, really? The breakfast ends at 10 AM but they don't even leave coffee out past that time. Also, disappointing. It appeared they had no money to make improvements, which is hard to believe. The toilets sound like a jet engine when flushed and can be heard from all the surrounding rooms near your own. No way can your partner sleep through it, if you get up at night to use the bathroom. That needs to be fixed! Everything is geared around getting you to go to the casino for food, drinks and hopefully to get you to gamble. All of that, made it an ok but not great place to stay. Could be much better with a few improvements. "

"Room was dirty, dirty bandaide next to jacuzzi tub, shower had fried scum on the wall and i was stuck on the side of the rd in a blizzard dang near all night told them i wasnt going to be able to make it back for my second night . Paid for 2 nights $350 dollars to get a dirty rm and be stuck on the side of the rd and no one offered to help in any way no refund no nothing. Ive stayed here multiple times and this one was by far the worst. I will no longer be going back. "
