Rooms were clean, although there was a weird smell in the hallways. The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was not a lot of options and pancake machine was not working. Loved the friendly staff!

Right by the highway, easy to get in and out. Alot of dining options in the area.. Rooms, Bathroom, and Breakfast is nice. Only negative is the floors in the room needs to be clean. My socks quickly was covered in pet hairs hours checking in. Will come back whenever I travel up north though

Great location. We came from the UP and stopped in Gaylord for a couple nights. Heading to Interlochen for a couple of weeks. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. In our travels we tend to stay at the Hilton (pet friendly) Haven't had a bad experience yet.

Third year we have stayed at the property. Room conditions have deteriorated. Bathroom was dirty. Tile grout was black with dirt. Shower pan was also filthy. AC unit also needed service, way too loud. It’s a beautiful property, but needs significant deep cleaning.

Check in was slow but there seemed to be an issue with guests ahead of us. The staff member dinner best and everyone in line was patient. After the snafu was solved she got the next two guests checked in quickly then us checked in quickly as well. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is how loud their doors slam shut - otherwise, I give the hotel 5 stars. If we’re in the area I’d stay there again.
