「No one cleaned our room, despite two requests - including one to housekeeping who was standing right outside our door as my husband left and promised they’d clean our room next. We called ahead to ask for a rollaway bed, then asked at check-in. Both times we were told the hotel was busy (for different reasons) with no extra beds. When we asked a third staff member, she actually made a request - and there were beds available. It was strange that the first two staff members never even checked....

「The room was spacious and clean. There was a large fridge and there was AC, so important in this heat spell. The bathroom is small, the toilet was the smallest you could get in that space and the shower was stained. There was no breakfast. The restaurant is only open 4 days a week, and there is no restaurant open close by for breakfast or lunch. There were no staff on site.」

「We did not end up staying here. The outside door that we were to use to get into the building was wide open. The room smelled of bleach gave us all a headache within 5 mins of being in the room. Felt unconfortable and not safe about the building in general.」
