Very Polite staff. Offered up places to eat like The Pine Squirrel. Rooms were very clean and the morning breakfast staff stood out. Two lady’s smiling and putting out a very good hot meal.

The room was clean with a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was typical but nice with a spacious, comfortable area for seating. The hotel was very busy with skiers and snowmobilers but the staff was super friendly and attentive, among the friendliest we have ever had! Having a hot tub was great, especially the designated time for adults only.

My bathroom and living/sleeping space was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable and I slept like a baby. They have a 1 cup coffee maker, a microwave and a little refrigerator ... could have stayed for weeks!!!

I love it think we got the wrong room but over all way a great place to stay. Staff was was great. Though it was really nice what the front desk lady did for the lady in front of my checking in when she was only looking for a room for a couple of hours till her husband got there since they were in a accident.

Walkable to downtown Gaylord with several nice dining options. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub after a day spent biking on the North Central State Trail. The breakfast buffet was better than average. Would stay here again.

Convenient and cozy

Brenda at check-in was super friendly and welcoming, offered water, and advised on the best place to park for access to my room. The room was extremely clean. The walls of the hotel are quite thin, so it is a touch noisy. I had a small fan with me that I turned on to help drown out some of the sound but it was quiet overnight. Breakfast had a nice variety of food and the dining area is nice to eat in. All in all, a good stay. And it is right off of 75, so extremely convenient.

Because I preregistered online the day before my arrival I received a text informing me when my room was ready. Love this amenity! Rooms and property were very clean and updated. My only wish is that I would have been informed prior to arrival that the hot tub wasn't working. That particular amenity was the reason I chose this property over other options.
