「We really liked the beachside location south of town and evening fire pits on the sand with a view of the bridge. The vibe was friendly and the warm welcome at registration was appreciated. Main problem for us was disappointment with the hard beds... just too firm for senior side sleepers.」

「Staff was honest. Hotel was a mess. Remodel? Was in progress. We traveled from states away and hoped to feel at home and relaxed but it was a mess. Bummed the pool was gross with windows being replaced and construction was in process. For the amount of money we booked for this hotel, I was not impressed! The front desk staff attendant was professional and honest — however the room had a leaky toilet and the pool construction was huge bummer. Charlevoix was beautiful though. Probably the worst...
