「We really enjoyed our stay at Yugen Kyoto Shijo. The hotel is very new and it shows, with everything being in great condition. Very comfortable mattress, nice big bath in the room (so big it takes 30 minutes to fill), and the rooms are fairly large for a Japanese hotel. Breakfast was good quality but the selection is not huge, however we were happy with it. The location is good for walking to many restaurants and bars, and there are bus stops and subway stations within reasonable distance.」
