「We arrived at 2:45pm. He said our room was ready but would have to charge us $10 to get the key or we had to wait till 3pm. We waited out of principal. Ridiculous! They are also one of the few that charge you $100 as a hold fee for incidentals. Not a hold...a charge. To be returned in 3 to 4 business days! 」

「The hotel is a little outdated but still clean and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was amazing! Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The arcade needs some work with half the games out but the pool and all its features were awesome and they had a cool kids zone full of activities. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely go again! 」
