The shower/toilet room is on the small size and could be tricky for larger people. There can be a bit of noise outside at times (eg rubbish bin pickup next door in the wee hours) but thats usually not for long and should not detract from the great roomy accommodation. "Self check in was a bit lack luster. The humans that were available in the lobby might as well have been robots. The hallways were very dark and hard to see room numbers. If you are ok with not having a chair a window a hair dryer or a personality…..this is the perfect place."

"The room was very clean and there was ample room. There was some counter space in the bathroom but not plug-ins as we found out was normal in England. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided and the windows did open which helped with air flow. We did not eat at the hotel because it was located close to local restaurants and pubs. It was in a nice location, close to the tube and a park. It was nice that they would hold our luggage until it was time to leave for the airport after we checked out."

"The real pull to this property is its proximity to the Airport buses and train station. You can tell it's an old office building that they put beds in. The cleaning staff is always working hard but there is significant wear and tear to the rooms. I thought it was just fine for the one night that I stayed."

"The room is just adequate for London standards. Very clean and well maintained property. Well priced for central London. It’s well connected with transit services a block away. We mostly got around walking everywhere. It’s definitely 15 to 20 mins of walking to the main areas of attractions and good restaurants. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. It was nice coming back to a clean room each day. Overall it was a good experience for our first trip to London."
