"Great room and facilities in a convenient location to two tube stations and a vibrant Wetherspoons pub and loads of restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable, and kitchen facilities were good. The shower/toilet room is on the small size and could be tricky for larger people. There can be a bit of noise outside at times (eg rubbish bin pickup next door in the wee hours) but thats usually not for long and should not detract from the great roomy accommodation. "This is the hotel we stay at when leaving Ireland. The rooms are warms and the best comfortable, but the real charms are the bar and the Italian restaurant. They have wonderful ambiance and the food is delicious and fairly priced. We have also used the shuttle to the airport on occasion. Highly recommend this hotel as a final treat for a stay in Ireland."

"The location and hospitality of The Strand Palace was just wonderful! So close to covent garden and a quick walk to the national gallery and British museum! I misplaced the card with her name, but I believe it was Zahara? She was lovely and allowed me to check in a few hours early which was so much appreciated after a long flight. Mohammed was also very helpful storing and retrieving my luggage before and after my stay. Thank you for a lovely night in London!"

"A beautiful hotel with warm, helpful, and welcoming staff. The Hotel staff always greeted you at the entrances and lobby and made you feel safe and welcome. Staff helped me check- in and out smoothly and were so helpful in answering all questions. For my first time in London, this Hotel made my UK visit even more wonderful! I plan to stay at this hotel again when I return to London and I cannot wait to return!"

"We enjoyed our 2 nights at The Riu Westminster. Super modern & quiet. Quiet neighbourhood with a short 15 minute walk to Westminster Abbey & Churchill War rooms. Breakfast had a lot of options. Only negative was the layout - you’re immediately in the washroom area when you enter the room. The shower room & the toilet room were too dark and kind of lacked privacy."
