「Towels and bathtub was not clean」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...

「We stayed two days and loved it! Restaurants were top-notch; loved the prime rib dinner and breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the live music in the bar. We went to the Elvis concert and got to see the Graceland Mansion, airplanes, cars, and museum. This is a must stay for Graceland. 」

「Friendly staff, the front-end manager was great, the valet personnel were excellent, and the cashier from Indonesia in the cafe was great. The hotel was clean and very convenient for my needs. Wish there were a breakfast restaurant, stayed 3 nights without the room being cleaned. I would stay again.」

「This hotel is fabulous. Central downtown location that allows you to walk to many attractions. Room was clean and very tidy. Quiet rooms and nice windows for viewing people walking to work and starting their day. Hotel offered complimentary coffee and breakfast too. I would stay at this location again in the future. Parking and food are available right next door which are both convenient and handy too.」
