"The property was nice but a little dated. Very laid back, no one in a rush to do anything or go anywhere. We had the 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and wonderful for travelling with older kids. Balcony was huge. Kitchen fully stocked. Anything we needed we simply texted the front desk and it was brought rather quickly. I thought it was expensive but worth it to be able to cook your own meals as most restaurants were overpriced with mediocre food. To be honest it looked like hotel was once a motel, opal came in and tried to fancy it up and improve things but it wasn't the 4 star experience it was trying to be. What I did like was the abundance of towels and lounge chairs. No need to race down to grab a spot. Kids loved snorkeling in the beach. "

"The view from the room was unbeatable! We got a room on swordfish building and I strongly recommend that as it's near the boardwalk and the restaurant. Parking was great. Rooms were clean and had a lot of towels. Kitchen was very useful to cook our meals. "

"If you’re looking for a quiet, clean and quaint stay, this is your place! We have zero complaints. The private beach was beautiful. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of things to do within less than a 5 mile drive! We are from Wisconsin and we will be back!"
