「Room smell cigarettes 」

「Not so good」

「So the location, the room, and staff were all fine. However, this hotel has a very strange check in and check out policy. I originally booked for 2 days and their checkin time was 8 PM (ok, that was late but I figured that I could make it work. I was then told that I would have to leave and recheck in on the subsequent day. I guess they rent their rooms out in 12 hr shifts. Needless to say, I contacted Expedia and the manager accommodated me like a normal hotel. Now, to be clear, I didn’t mind...

「Good hotel and Nice severs!」

「Nice reception and great service」

「Nice room, bathroom is a bit strange whereas you shower the drain is on the other side leaving the complete bathroom wet. Apart from this really nice room. Good beds, tea and coffee available to make yourself. And a swimming pool to enjoy. Mrt is a 15 min walk.」

「Spa, sauna, and steam room were not operating and there was no notice for their closures. Two of the bedside electrical and USB outlets were not working. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel and I stayed in a comfortable room.」
