"great location...did not like you could not book your parking spot at the hotel on the day of arrival. If you get there too late you have to park off site. They sent a pre book for the hotel which I did on line and they said they would send an email when the room was ready. I never got the email so I waited until 330pm. I went to the hotel and room was ready but then could not get a parking spot on the hotel grounds because 15 mins. prior to my arrival the last parking spot on site was booked. I went the next morning early to book a spot and was told to come back around 11am to book a spot. Kinda crappy you stay at the hotel and cannot get a spot on site. Other than that everything was great!"

"Overall great service and lovely hotel but I would recommend you bring your own pillow to avoid a flat nothing inside of it type or one filled with rocks. We were woken repeatedly by the jumbo jet sound of the air conditioning unit kicking in throughout the night, as well as another loud rumble at regular intervals that sounded like a roller coaster moving above us. We were not bothered by the noise the last time we stayed on a higher floor with Fallsview so maybe it was the floor/room? 1098 city view. View wasn’t great but didn’t mind that."

"Le personnel était très courtoie et à l’écoute de nos besoins, les chambres étaient propre ,Au niveau l’emplacement pour moi c’est un 10/10. La piscine trop petite par rapport à la capacité de gens que l’hotel peu prendre. Le corridor n’était pas propre vu qu’il était en réno."

Americana Waterpark Resort and Spa

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was huge with 2 queen beds and a large sectional couch. Unfortunately both the bed and couches were very uncomfortable and we both woke up with a sore back. The waterpark was great even with a lot of people there but wear shoes walking around because the floors are slippery and full of hair. Breakfast was a buffet and was excellent. Our waitress was so friendly but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She was an older lady and she always made sure everyone was happy. My only complaint was check out. They make you put a $200 deposit in your room at check in but all I had was a debit card so I had to put it on that. So when the time came for me to check out, ‘Ava’ told me the room had to be empty and they had to check it before they’d give me my deposit back. Did she think we were going to trash the room and leave??? We’re 65 years old, we went for not even 24 hours to celebrate our granddaughter’s birthday and we were made to feel like criminals. ‘Ava’ would not look at us when we asked her questions and then left us standing at the desk alone for 10 minutes while they checked our room and she went into the back room. My husband asked if she was the manager and still not looking at us said no, then he asked if she was here today and she didn’t answer, so he asked again and Ava said do you want to speak to her while still looking at the computer screen and not us. Not a great impression of customer service."

"Room was not ready till 5 pm the rooms are ok good for the price walking distance to the falls. When leaving they where switching out the beds to new ones which are needed our room had 1 new bed and one that was all springs not fit to sleep on."
