"Outdated. No fridge. Low water pressure. The area did not feel very safe to us(only girls). However, free water and coffee was excellent. Temp control works well. Metro station is close by. Overall satisfied but far from most of attractions. "

"Our mother/daughter visit to NYC was a great success, and we absolutely loved the Marlton! Sure the rooms are small, but they are gorgeously designed, and we were very comfortable sharing a room. The breakfast in the living room/lobby is delicious, and we loved chatting with the other guests. Location in the Village was perfect. Love love love everything and would 100% stay there again."

"The breakfast is going to the diner next door which has rude staff the rooms are very small with no space. Amenities where? I asked for a different room because it was not what I asked for nor what was advertised. I fit even get an apology. I will never stay here or recommend "

"Found moths in my bed, alive and dead on the Third day of the stay and when I asked for a refund, Arlo Hotels felt that only a 50% refund for sleeping in beds with insects in them would satisfy my request. The hotel is so run down and needs help. Go elsewhere. "
