The staff was super nice 😊. The breakfast was better than most in Brooklyn except the Avid Hotel. The Hotel is in a very convenient location to the subway and mass transit. The neighborhood is a little scary a night. The rooms are very small.

Alright for price

Staff was very helpful, friendly and helped us with inquiries, continental breakfast but only two seats and there was six of us, close to trains and amenities, we were going on a cruise and the hotel was close by but not very good for parking

For an inexpensive hotel, this place was CLEAN! Other hotels in the area at this price point are hard to find and usually disgusting. Easy check-in, quiet, and comfy. The room was small, could've used a chair, and the phone was filthy, but everything else was spotless.

A Pleasant Stay

The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable, there was hot water and good water pressure, there is a simple continental breakfast included. The people at the front desk and all the cleaners were very friendly, kind, and helpful. It was a good value for our money to be in Brooklyn, with easy access to the subway and not too far from Manhattan. It is near many restaurants. It wasn’t the fanciest place but I would easily stay there again.

Easy parking..shops nearby..wish they had a microwave in room and fridge.a microwave though us accessible downstairs..other than that it was better than expected

Room felt neglected. Room was dirty upon checking in, dirty stain on toilet, gum on the shower floor, condom wrapper next to sink in the bathroom. Hallways had an unbearable odor that would leak into the room. Horrible stay and I can confidently say that I would NOT recommend staying here. If possible cough up the extra $50 and stay at a chain hotel as this was the worst hotel experience I have EVER had.
