"The room needed a deep clean. The baseboards were covered in build up and dust. The light switches dirty with build up. The dresser / desk was beat up looking with chipping paint. No amenities at hotel. Not worth the price we paid. "

"I asked multiple members of staff we had no hot running water in our room, they said they would get someone up to the room so we waited for them for hours - no one’s came and we then asked 2 other times and called down and no nobody came to fix it. "

"Breakfast served to room without utensils or sides. By the time we got it, our food was cold. Also fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and even though it was a false alarm, it took forever for the staff to figure how to reset the elevators and they wouldn’t let us use the stairs so we were forced to remain in the lobby waiting… Additionally, when I went to use the pool I was told that it was not included in my stay which was not correct and another member of the staff had to correct them and let me in. "

Quick walk to 5th Ave , Bryant park , St Patrick Cathedral & Rockefeller Center . Lots of great food spots very close by overall would definitely stay here again "

"I stayed here twice. First rental was spacious with large kitchen. Second rental had a small room and minimal kitchen area. I had to request a heater since the room was cold. This is a historic decorative building, so don't expect everything to be pristine and elevator can be slow, but I still recommend it. Excellent location near many restaurants and sightseeing highlights. This is in the center of Times Square, so expect city noise like all rentals in New York City. Friendly staff. "
