「Great location for Northern Presidential mountains」

「We stayed at Newport Motel for one night, and everything was excellent. Patrick was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations on places to eat and attractions to visit. His advice made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Newport Motel to others.」

「This is a pretty tired property that has fallen behind on basic upkeep. The breakfast is very minimal with corn flakes and English muffins the stand out items. Definitely protein-free fare. No housekeeping service at all and the toiletries are below basic.」

「The hotel is located well and near to the Hampton beach. The room is clean and easy to reach parking lot. The services is good, especially the receptionist, Joe who is very helpful and nice to offer wonderful customer services. We definately will come back and stay in the future trip.」

「The room was clean but small. Perfect location to beach. Television never worked. Small fridge that had a block of ice in the freezer part. But overall good stay because walking distance to beach was 250 ft」

「Best thing about the place, is of course the location, right on beach at Hampton Beach, and our room was overlooking the ocean. Issues: Room was kind of small and they only had powdered creamer for the coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. Also, the small refrigerator in the room had no freezer, so could not freeze by ice packs for the next day on the beach, and the front desk had no freezer when I asked. $400 a night!」
