「Found bugs immediately in bathroom, then crawling on the bed while I was in it. Bugs not found in Kansas where I'm from. Toilet not attached, mattress hard as rock. Entry cards stopped working after 5 days. Had to go to front desk to correct repeatedly. Back door slammed all the time and I was put 3 rooms away from it. $100 a night should get better results.」

「LOVED our stay! Right in the heart of downtown! Modern & sleek! Most of the front “ desk” staff were super friendly. One was not, but I just ignored her & killed her with kindness! Great coffee! Wish they gave you a free pastry with your complimentary coffee. Our room was stunning!」

「Our room was clean. Checkin was fast. Breakfast was ok. Not much selection. The eggs were dry. Laundry was a fair price. It was a nice surprise. There is a bar and casino but i did not use them.」

「The building and its reviews are out dated. Our room was neglected one of the five days spent at the establishment. That day we were on our way by 8am and returned at 10 pm to no morning towels and room was not visited by house cleaning. Not the end of world but! I do not care for pets being aloud. There was a odor. Hot tubs were a turn off. They had a scum layer look. Sorry to be negative but I've stayed at nicer hotels.」

「The water bottles that were provided were priced at $5…what if the water was provided for free..this would have been a much more positive experience rather than being annoyed at the cost of $5, which we did not choose to purchase」

「Great beds, nice choice of pillows. Room was nicely cleaned. Area felt very safe and staff was helpful and friendly. Good availability of parking. Close to dining for lunch or dinner. Fair breakfast. Biscuits seem almost raw, but good gravy. Eggs were well cooked, not dry - just right. Nice selection of sides (yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, etc) Good coffee. Would stay here again. Reasonable rate.」
