「Room was nice, breakfast was good, exercise room was good, pool looked good although I didn’t go in. Staff was moody. Girl at check-in told me to wait while she typed on the computer for a few minutes, after I had driven 400 miles at the age of 69. Sort of pissed me off. As well the board employee who is smoking on the back door multiple times when I tried to bring bags in, and he forced me to smell his cancer sticks. Lowlife slovenly. 「Residence Inn was clean, smelled nice, had great amenities and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast each morning is a nice bonus. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The suite was clean, spacious, comfortable and everything we needed. There was a full kitchen (except there is no oven) that was perfect for our stay. 「Fantastic stay after our visit to Mt Rushmore! The connected waterpark was a fantastic perk that the kids absolutely loved!! Little slides in the kids section were perfect for young kiddos who may not be ready for the big slides. We will 100% stay here again on our road trips out west!!」

「Never once did a housekeeper come in to the room. We ran out of soap and conditioner in 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and ran intermittently. No ventilation in the bathroom. No security block on the window and the screen was pushed out. Hallway carpets were filthy.」

「Tried to cancel and could NOT reach Expedia. Expedia holds NO value…… NO help………. Not easy to contact or work with. John」
