「Check out was easy, rooms were clean, and quiet. Plenty of towels, blanket, pillows. Breakfast was amazing. Mind you we stayed in Rapid during the 4th of July 🎆, 250 birthday - place was packed- breakfast great never ran out, cinnamon rolls were phenomenal, eggs hit a spot I didn't know I needed, coffee bar was good. The pool was loved by my children, hot tub great, the staff was friendly and helpful. And I couldn't hear anyone while I laid up at night. Loved. Thank you.」

「Comfortable bed and easy check in. The glass shower had not been cleaned and had some type of white goop (probably shampoo or something similar) stuck all over it, you could also see where something had been spilled next to the bed and cleaning staff had not scrubbed the carpet or wiped the side of the bed down.」

「Two things are paramount to me for a hotel room. The bed and bathroom. The bed and pillows at the double tree were excellent and I had the best sleep of my trip during the stay in this hotel. All Hiltons should follow the standard of bed and pillow quality that is at this hotel! The bathroom was nice but the water pressure was a bit low. It was also a little bit cramped with the layout but I would not trade the extra room we had in the sleeping area for a bigger bathroom. It simply got...

「Check in was rough. Felt a little old school and staff member was non communicative and waited for so long to check in. Pool was great. Room was great!」

「We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem. As with the other associates, she wasn't wearing a name badge. The continental breakfast barely ranked as meager at best and we didn't see...
