"This hotel is a little outdated but the view, staff and cleanliness all make up for the older almond tile and colours.We drove from Kingston ON and decided to see if we could check in earlier and the front staff was very accommodating and helpful allowing us an early chick in and parking accommodations so we could hit the amenties right when we arrived!"

"While the hotel is in a great location and clean, the room was dingy, old and kind of depressing. They said it’s next to be renovated which is good. The shower handle fell off but they accommodated us to shower in another room. The breakfast was fine. Overall not sure I’d stay there again as it was just ok. "

"Room was pretty clean, just a little dated. Bathroom was tiny, room wasn’t cool enough. It’s locked where it will not go lower than 68 degrees. I booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool, the entire stay the pool AND hot tub were FULL of screaming children. Jumping in and out of both. Kids diving in the hot tub. Absolutely no relaxation possible here. We ended up staying one night and losing our money on the remainder of the stay. Didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub one single time, and could barely sleep in the room warmer than we are use to. "

"Room was prety good unfortunately even with it being winter it was quite hot , we actually had the heat turned right down and ac on, other than that it was beautiful and the view ! Bed was so comfy and best soaker tub ever!! "
