The view from American falls (4th floor) was great .
Everything was great but we do noticed that anyone can go up in the elevators to the rooms floor. They need to have the same system Sheraton in Toronto has ! We can only go up to the rooms if you have the guest card ! That’s a safety measure for all of the guests . Lots of people inside of the lobby and walking around the property so anyone can go up . For this reason we did not feel safe . "

Having previously worked in the hotel industry, I know how important it is to provide guests with these basic amenities as part of their comfort.
