"Room cleaning/ property need more maintenance "

"Location is good but a particular member of staff at frontdesk was biased. We reached hotel early and asked for early check in. One staff member confirmed room is ready and can be given. But the other staff member interrupted and said we will let you know when room is ready. They kept us saying it will be ready in 5 mins, and did not let us check in before 3 pm. If they could have said that 3 pm is checkin time and we do not have room until 3, we could have used our time better and could have visit few attractions. But they choose to kept us waiting at reception with kids. Not coming to this hotel again. Big names with small heart."

"Sheraton hotel was pretty good and everything but trust me the staff are incredibly rude. First of all, when we tried to check in the staff would not listen to us due to our reglion I am guessing. But everything else was good like the pool "

"We had to change our room three times. The toilet had a leak, we had problems with the keys getting in to our room. And the front desk lady was mad with an attitude. I would never book with them again. "

"Breakfast quite good, stayed on Easter and they put Easter eggs everywhere. Very nice staff, quiet building, clean with nice rooms. Essentially as expected. Niagara Falls state park is about 5 minutes away, which was the main reason for family sightseeing trip."

"Food was great compared to all choice hotels ive been to, room Is spacious, cleanliness is fair. But i witnessed one incident while in breakfast , 2 old folks about to take breakfast to their room for someone cant go down becuase of some reason. Unfortunately,the kitchen attendant didn’t allow them. And she strongly said to talk to the front desk. "

"The heating and air conditioning unit is very poorly maintained...filters are cacked with dust. Never cleaned...mold on the baseboards, shower walls and floor corners...carpet smells like dirty laundry"
