"Awesome location right smack in the centre. Falls about a 5 min walk. Ships tourist attractions everywhere. We got a penthouse on the top (upgrade)with awesome views of both falls. Highly recommended.."

"I was glad i was on the 2nd floor despite the eye level view of a rooftop because I still might be waiting for the elevator. The walls and more noticeably the ceiling were paper thin, I wanted to ask the people above us to take their shoes off. As much as the hotel was convenient to the falls and the casino, quality trumps convenience every time. Next visit I'll spend a few dollars more for the Double Tree a block away. "

"Our room was in 120s. The beds were beyond terrible. The mirrors had messages from previous guests written on it. The hot tub was super hot and the jets didn’t work. The breakfast buffet was super minimal. No fresh fruit or bagels and the table syrup was nasty. Would not choose to stay here again. "

"They’re under construction and renovations, had to be transferred from our room we paid for to another room which wasn’t as comfortable as what we had. They transferred us due to water maintenance. I love this hotel and have been a returning costumer for years, it is a very family oriented hotel. I just hope for future travellers the hotel will be done with their Reno’s and won’t have the problem we had. Also the keg is not in their hotel anymore it’s down the road. They have a new steak house in the hotel and it is very expensive just a heads up."
