"This hotel far exceeded our expectations it was more like a mini resort and wished we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights.. perfect for exploring the local attractions and only 40-45mins to Alton Towers. The room we had was a 2 bed apartment in the main building, which was much bigger than the photos. The amenities were awesome and there’s a range of free activities and entertainment that was put on whilst we were there. The staff were also amazing, we will be back for sure :-)"

"After a long journey from Devon, we were met with a warm welcome at reception with keys and directions to Pheasant Lodge. The grounds we viewed as we headed in were immaculately kept with a large lake/pond with good fishing platforms in place. Brent geese and ducks had already moved in. A good play area, with some distance from the first lodge, looked safe and well maintained.
