「This is a very clean, well-appointed hotel with a very friendly staff. The restaurant also is excellent. The prices for US and European travelers are very moderate. It is also very well situated, right next to the beach and near a big conference center. Overall my stay here was a great experience.」

「I don't speak Portuguese, and as a Japanese traveler, English is my second language. Only one member of the staff spoke English, so communicating with the other staff was sometimes a little challenging. Nevertheless, everyone was kind, and their service was prompt and excellent. They did their best to help me despite the language barrier, and I really appreciated their hospitality.」

「Overall, I am very satisfied with my room. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I will visit here again for its room.
I am so glad that the staff was able to distinguish my nationality as Taiwan (Formosa) instead of another option. Thumbs up for the good job!
However, the check-out process was a bit inefficient, which I do hope the hotel can improve.
The breakfast is in buffet form, but not exactly impressive.」
