Muito satisfeito com minha estadia neste hotel. Todos os funcionários são muito cordiais, sempre sorrindo e muitos atenciosos. Café da manhã bem completo, faltou um suco natural, mas não chega a afetar, diante de todas as outras coisas boas, sempre havia reposição e retirada das louças e talheres usados. Fiquei impressionado com a limpeza do hotel, da piscina e das roupas de cama e toalhas do quarto e de piscina. Enfim superou minhas expectativas. Indicaria e voltaria com certeza. Hotel com custo benefício excelente. Localização maravilhosa, ao lado do morro do careca e em frente à praia. Acomodações super espaçosas, a hidromassagem de frente pro mar é um espetáculo a parte. Peguei o regime de pensão completa e achei que valeu muito a pena, refeições muito boas. Como o hotel não estava cheio, no almoço escolhemos foram as opções a lá carte do restaurante e todos os pratos estavam maravilhosos. Foi a minha segunda vez no hotel e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Excelente hotel

O Hotel é excelente porem precisa de uma atençao na estrutura, tive alguns problemas que foram prontamente resolvidos e no ultimo dia o acabamento do box soltou cortando o pé da minha mae, em questao do atendimento é excelente, de todos que fiquei foi o melhor atendimento que já tive desde a recepçao, o café da manha com a tapioca feita pela Helena e da arrumaçao do quarto no qual a Andreza deixava bem limpo e sempre fazia bichos com as toalhas no qual as crianças adoravam. uma outra reclamaçao que fiquei bem decepcionado é na questao da copa baby no qual só tem uma para o hotel inteiro e fica trancada precisando pedir a chave para a recepçao só que acontece que as pessoas pegam a chave e nao devolvem e com isso voce nao consegue utilizar.
