Staff extremely courteous, excellent breakfast, strong ac, spacious, and very clean. Not giving 5 stars because we didn’t have smart tv and bed could have been a little more comfortable. Also no hotel laundry service, iron or ironing board.

Great stay. Hotel is in a touristy area close to main spots. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only minor complain is about the AC: the room was really large and the AC couldnt handle it. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel!

Go somewhere else.

This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace.

Boa localização, ótimo café da manhã com boa variedade, piscina ótima, duas localizações uma em frente à outra, tem o kristie flat e kristie Beach nós dois tem piscina, a maior fica no lado flats. Gostei da hospedagem, quarto confortável. Só tenho uma ressalva no check out, consumimos no restaurante do hotel e cobraram o consumo, os 10% e cobraram uma outra taxa de serviço que não ficou claro. No geral gostei do hotel e recomendo.

99,9% perfeito

Somente no café da manhã encontrei problemas: o espaço não comporta o n° de hóspedes, obrigando-nos a sentar numa área descoberta e exposta ao sol/chuva. Ao lamentar isso com o funcionário que checa o n° dos quartos, recebi respostas irônicas e inconvenientes. Faltam xícaras, copos, talheres, pratos...inclusive os itens alimentícios. A excelente equipe da cozinha até se empenha, mas a reposição não acontece a tempo. Falha do hotel (em sobrecarregar os poucos funcionários), jamais da equipe. No mais, o hotel é 99,9% perfeito.

Achei a roupa de cama ruim. Os lençóis ficavam saindo do colchão, por não terem elástico. E nossa TV só pegava um canal, o History. No mais, tudo satisfatório. O pessoal sempre muito gentil.

Quarto perfeito, só não avisaram que ficaríamos em um anexo do hotel, com a varanda para uma rua e de frente para a parede de um outro hotel. Para as instalações e restaurante de frente para o mar tínhamos que atravessar uma rua.
