Então, a Rede de hotel Andrade , tem por costume ser um hotel com custo benefício bom. Porém não se atenta aos cuidados das dependência e quartos. Sempre dizendo que está em reformas , só que nunca acaba. Os trabalhadores excelentes em Atendimentos , o café da manhã bom. Agora o quarto que ficamos 104, guarda-roupa quebrado. O frigobar muito velho, a tv mal direcionada. As torneiras pingando. E a parte de fora cheios de entulhos. Muita poeira!!! Já fui nos dois Bello Maré e o Bello maré confort. Todos os dois. Não acho que e 3 estrelas. Não vou mais!! Muita suada de madrugada e ninguém diz nada. Piscina tudo liberado. A zoada e infernal.

Boa tarde. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, apesar do quarto estar limpo. Ar-condicionado simplesmente parou de funcionar na segunda diária, por volta das 00h00, recepcionista ofereceu um ventilador?! Depois que questionei me colocou em outro quarto, que também o ar-condicionado estava com dificuldade de funcionamento.

Primeiramente: a equipe de funcionários são exemplares, educados, prestativos, fazem o que podem. Quanto a estrutura do hotel, aí fica devendo bastante, chuveiro com problemas, infiltrações no quarto, ar condicionado variando, goteiras.... tem muita coisa a melhorar.

O quarto não estava muito limpo e o ar condicionado no quarto que fiquei era horrível. O controle simplesmente só aumentava e abaixava a temperatura. Não dava para regular a questão força, o visor dele era pra fora, ficava uma luz extremamente forte do led VERMELHO no quarto todo q vinha do ar. E se colocasse em uma temperatura acima de 16º. O ar parava por uns 15 minutos. Aí dps ligava novamente. Não dava para dormir com ar desligado q estava fazendo calor. Então tinha q ser no 16 para ele não desligar do nada e fazer calor. Não tinha como regular esse tempo no controle. Pq só aumentava, diminuía e desligava.

Fui acomodado no quarto 102 que estava em péssimo estado, a tv não funciona canal nenhum e a porta do box caiu em cima de mim quando fui tomar banho. Me passaram pro quarto 232 que estava um pouco melhor mas a tv também não funcionou....o ponto positivo foi o café da manhã
