"Construction was done cheap and very poor quality. rooms are too noisy to sleep. One receptionist said he could switch me to one of the other properties. However, it never happened because he needed authorization from manager, and there was no manager on site."

"Absolute great staff. They go out of their way to help with any questions. Very attentive. Basic Rooms but for the price, I was very satisfied. Good Wifi. A pretty good breakfast for only $13R. It is close to popular bars and restaurants of Ponta Negra and a short walk/uber to the beach. I recommend it and would come back"

"O quarto sujo, toalhas poídas, aranhas e teias nas luminárias. Sabíamos era um hotel simples, mas o estado dos quartos esta bem ruim. A geladeira super enferrujada e velha. Mas o pior era o banheiro. Sem box (nem cortina). Pouca agua do chuveiro elétrico, e um rodo para puxar a agua após o banho. Não pode ser classificado como hotel, no máximo um albergue. Ficamos uma noite e trocamos de hotel. Dinheiro perdido. "
