"I love the shuttle van drivers but they need a new shuttle. The seats are dirty, worn, falling apart. Please fix that was my only complaint. The people are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The staff kept it clean and made our cruise trip easy with their fast checking out and in process. I will be back. "

"When I arrived, it is a beautiful hotel! Housekeeping needs to be more watchful on how they are cleaning the rooms. They cleaned my bathroom but not the bathroom floor. Left hair all over the floor. But beautiful property with fantastic swimming pool. Just it to be more of a fragrance hotel like the renaissance hotel brand."
