"Don't stay here. Nipponia Hotell refused to allow us to cancel during Typhoon Hagibis. This hotel claimed that we did not contact them ahead of the typhoon which is untrue. The Hotels.Com website team spoke to Nipponia Hotel Nara and the hotel refused to be reasonable."…"
