Overall hotel was lovely - great location, lovely reception. The downfall was the cleanliness of the room (dust around the bed, dirty under the bed) and the drain smell in the rooms. General cleanliness was okay but did need a decent spring clean.

Can't find a fault, maybe larger towels needed but everything was perfect. We also enjoyed having water filter in the room which helped us not use plastic bottles

"Very convenient central location, connected to Osaka-Umeda station, and an easy train ride from anywhere in Osaka. Great views from upper floors and very quiet. Rooms are tiny and a bit cramped, but have all the amenities you’d expect. Laundry is a pain if you need it as they provide just 8 machines ..."
