"The room was boiling hot when we arrived even though the thermostat said 61 degrees. Turns out they only have heat in the winter and air in the summer. Had to turn off the thermostat and open the window the 2 inches it allowed to get some cooler air into the room. Had to do this every night and then close the window because it's too noisy to sleep with open windows. "

The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for resting after a busy day in the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the best of Times Square without the chaos!"

"Very disappointed with the property. Staff members are very rude and didn't show any interest or considerations at all. Had multiple issues with the room. Called maintenance a couple of times and the GM who offered to change the room at least. Very cool property, but unfortunately the type of people that stay there and the staff make it a bad experience."
