「Everything about the hotel is excellent. Service is superb, in particular the room cleaning staff is excellent and extremely considerate. Hotel is super convenient, across the road of the famous Myeongdong shopping street, and right next to a subway station and Lotte Department Store. We stayed at the Executive Tower and the room is gorgeous and super spacious. Will definitely come back. 」

「Immaculately clean. Great location. Good communication. Wonderful amenities. I cant love this place enough!! So much space, radiant hwared floors. Relly nice bidets. Plenty of towels. Some extras with the kitchen. The architecture and open spaces. Wuality of the decor. Strength of air conditioners. Everything was top tier. Definitely luxury. The view was spectacular cant wait to stay again id def rent this place out next year 」

「This is our second time staying at the Classic 500 Pentaz. The location is great, very close to the metro and supermarket. The staff at the front desk are helpful. However, the room we stayed in really needs a renovation. The tile in the bathroom is chipped and the room is worn out. 」
